Our wide-ranging marketing produces a number of tenant prospects. Our state-of-the-art tenant screening procedures allow us to identify quality tenants. We handle all marketing, showings, screenings, and lease paperwork. All this with leasing fees as low as one month’s rent makes professional leasing affordable.
Our “No Worries” Management takes complete care of rented property and includes all tenant relations and interaction. Owners can relax knowing that whatever might happen, the Rental Professionals are on the job 24-7. From rent collection to maintenance to major repairs, we have it all under control. The best part? Our “No Worries” service is affordable!
When you refer us to either property owners or tenants, we pay you a 25% referral fee of our commissions from the side you referred. The average referral fee is $200, paid when tenant moves in.
Beware of agents who do rentals “on the side.” We only do rentals and property management. Real Estate sales and listing is your business. Your referred clients are absolutely safe with us.
